2. Quality graphic design & html knowledge. Basically, a visually acceptable website.
3. Your website must offer some sort of resource/content for it's visitors.
4. You
must link Rewindd visibly on your front page

5. No MySpace/Freewebs/Ripway hosted sites please. Only domains, subdomains, etc.
6. Please no newly created or "under construction" sites.
7. No websites with innapropriate content.
