RBD - Celestial
RBD is [and forever will be] my fave band. They're a phenomenon -- 3 million viewers a day in their hit show "Rebelde" & have sold about 10 million records in just 7 cd's. They sing in 3 different languages & have a lot of tours, so I think they devote tons of time. This is a more tango-ish album then "Nuestro Amor" & way more mature then Rebelde. With songs that make you rock out in the shower & move your body like your from Spain [tal ves despues]. There are songs that are chilled back, very everyday-ish and well composed [dame && besame sin miedo]. As always, Anahi && Maite can't forget those girl anthems [aburrida y sola && me canse] These are high-tempo and very cool. There's about four songs I can't relate to well or don't like. [compared to their being one in Rebelde 2 in Nuestro Amor] This album is for the friends who like laid back songs for karaoke; well written lyrics, and well pretty girls [&& a guy] with cool hair =]
Recommendations:
"Ser OParecer" - A cool pop song with a modern hip-hop twist. Its their first single. I don't understand it too well. It might be about being confused with how people are in && out in terms of love.
"Tu Dulce Voz" - A sexy song about being distracted by love. Very RBD-ish.
"Dame" - A song about admiring someone, loving them, and just telling them to give you more attention.
