The Hush Sound - Like Vines

The Hush Sound's sophomore album, Like Vines, is like no other album. From its album art to the switching of boy-girl vocals, the band tells a different story with each of their lyrics, but magically ties them up into a complete album. Jazzy piano, trumpets "playing sick lullabies", and sweet lyrics and melodies - What's not to love? :)
This album definitely deserves 6 stars out of 5. The Hush Sound is the best band ever. I can't wait until they release a third album, because I just know I won't be disappointed. Greta, Bob, Darren, and Chris are the best! :D
Recommendations:
"Lions Roar" – Find yourself running through a circus scene while listening to this song by Bob! I love the unique, upbeat melody of it. There's even a little bit of a trumpet solo!
"Don't Wake Me Up" – Beautiful song about dreaming by Greta. I love the lyrics and the additional vocals by Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy.
"Where We Went Wrong" – This song is a melodic song, but with a "Hush Sound" twist. This is one of The Hush Sound's best songs – I love everything about it, from its melody to Bob's voice!
I also love "We Intertwined", "A Dark Congregation", "Sweet Tangerine", "Lighthouse", "Magnolia", "Wine Red", "Out Through The Curtain", and "You Are The Moon". Point is – this is the best album ever!
