Razorlight are a four piece British/Swedish band formed in the Summer of 2002 around singer/songwriter Johnny Borrell. Their sound is similar to The Strokes, The Hives and Kings of Leon. Their debut album, Up All Night, was released to critical acclaim and peaked at #3 in the UK album charts in 2004. Although it was praised by many reviewers, the band were also accused of lack of imagination and unoriginality. Their self-titled sophomore effort was released summer 2006 and debuted at #1 in the UK album charts, turning platinum within three weeks. Critics this time were in agreement of Razorlight's triumph, and it earned the band many 5* reviews.

The relentless pace of this song makes it a stomping indie anthemn. America: This song peaked at #1 in the UK singles chart, and is a poignant take on the media obsessed world we live in today.
